This event marketing project involved the planning and execution of a branded trade show booth for a major industry event in Las Vegas. My role encompassed art direction, concept development, team and event management, brand identity execution, content creation, media buying and placement, budget oversight, and analytics and tracking.
Using SketchUp, I developed a full-scale, 1:1 3D rendering of a 30-foot booth to accurately represent the company’s brand identity in a physical space. Every booth element layout, design assets, product placements, and flow was thoughtfully crafted to attract trade show visitors and offer an engaging branded experience.
The event strategy did not centre on a single message but focused on visual brand presence. The success of the trade show was measured through lead generation, tracked and recorded by the sales team. This project highlights expertise in experiential marketing, 3D visualisations, and B2B lead acquisition at live events.
