This packaging design project focused on differentiating a new dust mop product from an existing offering within the Atlas Graham product line. My responsibilities included art direction, concept development, packaging and label design, brand identity creation, content development, media buying, and budget management.
Targeted at existing customers, the goal was to establish a clear market distinction between two mop types. This involved the creation of a new product name and logo, “Dynamop” along with a fully developed retail package. The packaging featured tri-lingual product information (English, French, and Spanish) to suit North American markets and was printed in Germany, requiring international vendor coordination and production management.
I also developed 3D packaging mock-ups using SketchUp to visualize the final design before production. To support the sales team, I created sell sheets highlighting the new mop's features and unique value proposition. This project exemplifies the strategic thinking and execution needed in product differentiation, international packaging, and retail readiness.
