To help differentiate the next generation of Farm King equipment, I led the development of a new decal design aimed at distinguishing newer models from older units still in circulation. My responsibilities included art direction, concept development, brand identity, content creation, print media buying, and managing the budget for the initiative.
The project was driven by a market need: customers were confused by price increases on new models that looked too similar to previous versions. The solution was a cost-effective, single-colour decal that signified an upgraded product while maintaining consistency with the Farm King brand. The creative approach focused on visual clarity and brand evolution without increasing production costs.
While no direct call-to-action was required, the effectiveness of the campaign was tied to sales performance and customer feedback. This strategic branding update served not only to clarify the product lineup but also to enhance customer confidence, improve market perception, and support dealer communications.
