Purpose: The purpose was to create a label for a new Versatile oil product that would be sold retail at Versatile dealerships, competing with other brands.

Target Audience: The target audience consisted of customers visiting Versatile dealerships.

Messaging: The messaging focused on the recommendation found in Versatile equipment manuals, which suggested using the official Versatile oil for optimal performance.

Creative: A Versatile branded label was developed in alignment with the Versatile brand guidelines. The label was designed to be placed on a black container sourced from a supplier. Due to legal requirements, the label contained a significant amount of text, including translations into three languages.

Call-to-Action (CTA): The label included a call-to-action, stating that for the best results, it was advised to use Versatile branded oil on the equipment.

Tracking and Measurement: The tracking and measurement of the effectiveness of the label primarily involved monitoring retail sales of the Versatile oil product. By analyzing sales data, the success and acceptance of the product in competition with other brands could be assessed.
